Rest. Rest isn’t the opposite of work. You might need to adjust the way you think about rest. The seven types of rest that you need to feel your best. This is something I’m really going to focus on over the holiday season and into 2025.  

Habits. Daily sleep and exercise practice can have lasting effects on the brain. More science that seems to support the idea that cognition is improved by good habits. Bonus Stuff. My guide to great sleep hygiene. 

Learning. If nothing else, this newsletter (and blog) are about fostering a habit of lifelong learning and curiosity. So, how do you become a lifelong learner? MORE
