Monday Motivation. Let this week be the one where you spend a little time thinking about your goals & commitments for the year. You don’t really need to get them locked for another month, but this article with help you. Bonus Stuff. Wrong. Don’t be afraid to be wrong. I use the phrase ‘help me make this better’ when I’m sharing ideas and opinions at work, by doing this I have discovered I am wrong more than I am right. And it’s OK, I’m surviving.
Planning. Maximise your planning process by asking your team these powerful questions. I think a scene setting 1:1 with team members at the start of the year is a good use of time.
Action. How a ‘bias to action’ looks in practice. Great explanation of how you can influence your team to move fast and ship often.
Notetaking. Handwriting > Typing. A regular reminder that the simplest tools are often the best. Bonus Stuff. My personal productivity stack for 2025.
