Updates
We've had a glorious week in Dublin, bright sunshine and Spring like weather all week which has made the mornings a pleasure.
Last weekend I finished the penultimate module of my Coaching Diploma, just one more weekend to go and hopefully I will have passed the programme and can become a member of the Association of Coaches.
I've been keeping up my daily reading practice, and finished On the Clock by Claire Baglin. A story translated from French about social inequality across multiple generations of a family in Brittany. Not always an easy read, but worth persevering with.
Finally - I reached 100 days of not drinking at all. I decided to try 'dry January' and then ended up sticking with it. I'm not a huge drinker, so this hasn't been too difficult but I'm curious how it will play when I'm on holiday and the tempation is a bit higher.

Recommended Music
I'm enjoying the new album from Stuff favourites Rรถyksopp - True Electric is a live project, with slightly remixed versions of tracks from across multiple albums.
This is super dancefloor friendly, and completly euphoric in places. I'm slightly disappointed that the live show isn't coming anywhere near me, but I'll console myself with the video versions that are emerging online.
This album is a complete belter - and you won't be disappointed.
Highly Recommended listen.
